Accommodation Terms & Conditions

Bushmills Townhouse has a strict policy of 72 hours’ notice. In the event of Bushmills Townhouse not being notified of a cancellation the first night’s accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. Please note for Saturday reservations or bank holidays we require 7 days’ notice in order to avoid the cancellation charge for the first nights accommodation.

Restaurant Terms & Conditions

Bushmills Townhouse is a locally managed restaurant and as such, our continued viability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any changes to plans or reservations. For all bookings, guests are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation. Bushmills Townhouse reserves the right to charge for any guest cancelling within 24 hours or any No Show guest (£20 per person). Any charges will be taken from the credit card provided at the time of booking without further notice. Small amendments may be made after the booking is confirmed, but additional space cannot be guaranteed.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Minimum Gift Voucher value is £20.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers, once purchased are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Please allow 5 days from the date of purchase before attempting to redeem the voucher.
Should the total cost of your purchase exceed the value of the Gift Voucher, you will be required to pay the difference with an alternative payment method.
Gift Vouchers do not allow for cash refund on any unused portion of its value. Subject to approval by management, any remaining balance may be retained for use against future purchases.
Bushmills Townhouse does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers, protect them as you would cash
Duplication, sale, or trade of a voucher is prohibited. BrownsandCompany Ltd trading as the Bushmills Townhouse reserves the right to cancel any voucher found to be part of an unauthorised resale transaction.
BrownsandCompany Ltd trading as the Bushmills Townhouse reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you, please review our website regularly.
